Free-range farm eggs

At Pude, our chickens don't live in cages, but in the entire orchard.

They are our "farm helpers" that weed, pest control, loosen soil, and fertilize – foraging freely among fruit trees and vegetable patches during the day, pecking at grass, insects, and fallen fruit, basking in the sun, and digging in the red soil. Chickens that eat naturally and live freely lay truly delicious eggs. Insects feed chickens, chickens fertilize the soil, the soil nourishes the fruit, and the fruit nourishes people. A small egg is the most vibrant link in this natural cycle.

We raise several varieties of chickens, so the eggs you receive will have shells of varying shades – from pure white, creamy white to light brown, each with its own character. Crack one open, and the yolk is a plump, golden-orange, standing tall, and the egg white is clear and firm; whether boiled, fried, or baked into a cake, that rich egg aroma is unmistakable.

No artificial hormones, no additives, just letting the chickens live naturally and gather their daily freshness into their eggs. May this basket of eggs, imbued with the orchard's sunshine, bring this sense of reliability and nature to your dinner table.

  • Freshness: All eggs are collected fresh daily. Free-range eggs are best consumed as soon as possible for optimal flavor.
  • Egg Size: Free-range eggs vary in size, naturally changing with the hen's age, breed, and current condition. Unlike factory eggs, they cannot be uniformly graded – this is proof of natural free-range farming and no artificial hormones. Please feel free to purchase.

Why do we insist on natural farming?

Perhaps you've noticed that the fruit we eat today, while looking vibrantly red, has a hard and crisp texture when bitten into. It's sweet, but lacks freshness. The fruits are getting bigger, their colors more perfect, they're juicy and sweet enough, but they've lost that rich aroma and layered flavor that lingers in your memory.

The answer lies in modern agriculture's pursuit of "efficiency": the use of chemical fertilizers and various chemicals within a reasonable range. Chemical fertilizers enable fruit to grow rapidly and double yields; those "reasonable" chemicals ensure fruit doesn't spoil during transport, looks good, and stays fresh longer . . . .

We now have access to fruit year-round, but we've lost the unique surprises of each season.
We've achieved flawless appearances, but we've lost the true soul that touches our taste buds.

This is why we insist on using the most traditional methods to cultivate the flavors of our memories.

The path of natural farming is arduous, every step of the way.

Choosing not to use chemical pesticides and fertilizers means:

  • Lower yields, but each fruit is a gift from nature
  • Manual weeding replaces herbicides, and calloused hands attest to the purity of every inch of land
  • Pest and disease control is more difficult, requiring more effort and wisdom
  • Increased costs and reduced profits, but a clear conscience is priceless
